Return and claim policies

Thank you so much for supporting my tiny little business ♥. I truly hope that you will love your new piece. Here you can read a bit about how I handle returns and claims in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Guarantees

Due to European and danish law, there is a two year guarantee on products, IF the problem lies within production. This means that I will provide repair or replacement, of your product bought through this page, if you can provide documentation such as an receipt less than two year old. Please note that this is only if the problem is due to production or if the item is not as described.

If you buy an item that are not made-to-order, you can cancel your order up till 14 days after your purchase and get a refund.

Because I use vintage and deadstock there can be small imperfections in the fabrics, but I will mention that in the description if that is the case. If this is the case that part will not be covered by a guarantee.

Made to order

If your garment is made to order, I am unable to offer refunds, since the piece have been made for you specifically. However if there is a problem with the garment you have received, you are always welcome to contact me at ceciliebillestudio@gmail.com, and we might be able to find solutions. Please remember that returns cause waste and made to order pieces will not be made unless it is bought, so if you have any questions or problems with your order, always feel free to contact me beforehand.

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase I will be able to offer alterations on the garment if it is due to production. In that case you can e-mail me within 7 days of delivery and I will see what is possible. Please note that it will be your responsibility to post the item back as a tracked package, since this cost is not added into the price of the item.

Return policies on "ready to buy" or "one of a kind"

If your order is bought through the section “ready to buy” or “one of a kind”, you will be able to return it with a refund until 14 days after your packaged was delivered. Please note that it is your responsibility that it will be in the same state as when you got it, and it is your responsibility to pay for the tracked shipping, of the package. You'll get your refund when I receive the package in the same condition, as its original state.

Since shipping back and forth are not included in the pricing of a garment, all returns will be the costumer's responsibility. This also means that any import fees will be deducted from the refund. The reason for this is that I do not include possibilities for returns in my pricing, to keep it as accessible as possible.

I suggest that you ask me as many questions you want before buying to avoid as much wrong purchases as possible ♥

Canceling orders

If you wrote wrong details at check out, please send me an email as soon as possible so I can get your correct details. I will check my mail as often as possible, so no worries if you do not get an answer straight away.

Please remember that the made to order section is made when you place an order, so in case you regret your order, please notify me within 24 hours, so I can stop the production before it takes off, do it by mail at: ceciliebillestudio@gmail.com

Damaged orders

Did you receive a damaged, defect or maybe the wrong order? I am so sorry about that. I will always do my best at making your experience the best as possible. But in case of any problems please write me an email with details of the problem and include pictures, so I can see the issue and we can figure out a solution together ♥.
